Linea Spindle is a linear multi spindle
with opposed vertical spindles
Only a 15 minute set-up time!
Compared to traditional bar stock fed multi spindles, this 4-spindle CNC machine guarantees higher precision, versatility, production flexibility and waste reduction. The particular strength of Linea Spindle is the reduction of the set-up time to just 15 minutes. This is possible due to the architecture and organization of the multi spindle itself, which is divided into two totally independent work areas. This allows you not only to replace a tool, but also to fully retool the machine without stopping the production cycle. Machine downtimes are thus kept to an absolute minimum, leading to important savings in the production process.
Linea Spindle is a CNC machine that is ideal for sectors needing the production of extremely large families of pieces, such as for hydraulics, oil hydraulics, automotive, fittings, and so on.
Why is Linea Spindle different from other multispindle machines?
I often find myself, as is only right and proper, faced with prospective buyers who have several quotes and who have to decide which one to choose, and which multispindle, is the most suitable for their company’s needs.
Quick set-up change? You are not the first…
THIS IS WHAT I HEAR WHEN I TELL ABOUT THE QUICK SET-UP CHANGE You are not the first, they tell me, we already do it....It's true! I'm not the first to talk about rapid set-up change in the multispindle, I admit, but when I ask them to show me rapid set-up change - or...
Getting out of the comfort applies in the world of CNC machines/2
This is a continuation of a previous article on getting out of the comfort zone, if you haven’t read it you can do so here.
We talked about the comfort zone and the need to be versatile, but what exactly does that mean?
Get out of the comfort zone: also applies in the world of CNC machines
Entrenched behind decades of “but it has always been done this way” or even better “but everyone does it this way” we have come to think that the old ways are the best.
Turning: precision or speed? Which to choose?
The turning market is changing its demands every day. Until a few years ago, it was essential to have parts produced precisely and, the time needed to make them, was almost a component that gave quality to the thing.
Slowly, there has been a shift from demands for parts produced in ever shorter times, without, of course, losing quality.
