VERSATILITY: WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

This is a continuation of a previous article on getting out of the comfort zone, if you haven’t read it you can do so here.<\/strong>
We talked about the comfort zone and the need to be versatile, but what exactly does that mean?<\/p>\n

I am talking to you about it from a production and machine point of view, as far as you are concerned you have to think for yourself, as I said I am not a motivation guru…
But as far as versatility regarding machine tools is concerned, after ‘anta’ years, I know a little something.<\/p>\n

That’s why I created the Linea Spindle<\/strong>, a multispindle<\/strong> that allows versatility in terms of loading, unloading and machining flow, as well as rapid retooling (now reduced to just 10 minutes with the machine continuing to work).
The other strong point is machining from bar or preformed parts.<\/p>\n

This for me is versatility: the possibility of deciding how to machine, from bar or from preformed parts and, if necessary, not choosing but simply machining.<\/p>\n

It is as if you, in the morning in the company, could decide how to feed your company.
Gas? Electric? Wind? You decide according to the price of energy.
For energy, today, you can’t do this and you have to adapt to the system but, within your company, if you want, you can decide how to produce. From bar or from preformed piece, even simultaneously.
This is the real production revolution, this is true versatility, the possibility to decide how to carry out your machining without losing work because you do not have the machines available to do it. <\/p>\n
